Comes with fitting instructions and a no-quibble return policy for peace of mind. ## Description Product Description High Quality Replacement Cartridges Valves For a BSP 3/4" Bath / Shower Mixer Bathroom Tap Tap Magician's Replacement Cartridges are High Quality Solid Brass and designed for heavy usage and a long life cycle. These cartridges are BSP 3/4" and suitable for Bath / Bath Shower Mixer Taps. *These are not suitable for basin/sink taps which take a smaller 1/2" size. You will receive one pair of cartridges to repair both your hot and cold taps. (One Clockwise and one Anti-Clockwise open) HOW TO TELL IF MY HOT OR COLD SIDE IS LEAKING? You will need to isolate the supply to the hot and cold feeds. It is not always possible to tell just from the temperature of the drip. If you are not sure then we advise to replace both. If you would like to purchase a single then we have separate listings available for both the hot and the cold. HOW TO REMOVE/ FIT THE NEW CARTRIDGE Turn off the water supply. Put the plug in to ensure you do not lose any screws or small parts down the plug hole. Turn on the tap to drain system of any water remaining in the pipes. Remove the head/Lever. There will either be a grub screw at the back of the handle, or under a screw cover (hot/cold indices) at the end/or on the top of the handle. Unscrew any shroud/cover (if there is one). Unscrew the cartridge from the tap block. It will unscrew Anti-clockwise. Clean the inside of the tap block, ensure seat is clean and free of any debris. Make sure old gasket is not stuck inside. Install the new cartridge. **We advise you to test fit our cartridges finger tight first before using a spanner so that you do not damage/mark the cartridges. Resemble tap head on to body. BSP 3/4" Thread Please note the BSP 3/4" does not refer to a physical dimension. On a 3/4" cartridge the base measures approx 24mm and the thread approx 26mm.
