Review: A strong sharp blade, handle that feels good in hand & perfect balance - Just got it a day or two ago so don’t know how it’ll withstand a lit of use but I just dismembered a chicken with it and it sliced through rib bones and joint caps like butter. It’s the right size for my hands, balance feels right, I can grip the wood handle securely. We always respect our knives and hand wash then dry the & put them away so they’ll stay good. So far, I love this knife and it wasn’t stupid expensive so if something does happen, I won’t need to end a relationship. We’ll see how well it sharpens at some point.
Review: Disappointed - I have to say I was disappointed in the workmanship of this knife. Further, it arrived with something on the blade which looks like a crack, I will have to check further, a scratch / blemish at best. As I started to clean it I noticed the top of the blade was rough , some poor grindings, strange. I expected it to much better. Update- As I use this knife for cooking and carving a large roasted chicken and it did work well, it was sharp and fit well in my hand. Further, it went through the chicken with ease. Hope this helps.
