It is a great mat though and lasted months but once one cat got a little pee on it, it was pee city for a few days before I threw it out. Like literally a puddle under the rug. I am switching to a regular throw rug that I can put in the washing machine. I've had cats for 13 years and every litter mat I have bought has ended this way. **Q: I’m putting this on carpet.
