I’ve been kick boxing for a number of years and am getting old so I now buy in bulk. These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury. They are very simple to use; squeeze the pack to pop the bag of water inside then shake to mix the water with the crystals et viola, instant cold. They stay cold for about 20 mins then just pop them in the bin. No mess, no fuss and far more convenient than using a bag of frozen peas.
