Slug & Snail Pellets contain Iron Phosphate, which is non-toxic and can be used safely around the garden, even with pets and children around.It does NOT contain damaging metaldehydes which are found in many other pellets.The pellets are ideal for gardens, allotments, plant pots and tubs. They are suitable for organic farming and can be used safely around fruits and vegetables.Contains Ferric Phosphate.

Review: This actually works - I planted some marigolds, large plug plants. The slugs immediately attacked. I knew slug pellets or other such products didn't really work, but I was tempted by the name Rentokill. I was right. These pellets really work. Unfortunately, the slugs finished off the marigolds before they died. In other parts of the garden with more mature plants, the pellets worked well.

**Q: What colour are these pellets?**
A: Blue

**Q: Is it OK to use these around vegetables that I will subsequenty eat?**
A: To the best of my knowledge they are ok & also safe for wildlife etc.

**Q: Does this go mouldy once applied**
A: If it rains after application then it does go a bit cloggy

**Q: Is it ok to use these indoors?**
A: If you have slugs and snails indoor I can see no reason why you shouldn't.  Please remember though they are very dangerous to animals and people ( think children), sprinkling then in the house they will be very visible and easily picked up.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing chemical products for the garden but other options had not worked and had lost some lovely plants to the slugs! As these are suitable for organic gardens but most importantly let and child friendly I thought I would try…. So far only used once but the plants are still alive and no sign of leaf nibbles.
