What does it do for you personally?** A: Most cold sores/fever blisters are caused by a virus in your system & I USED to get them frequently. I’ve been taking1000mg of Lysine daily for the past 30 years, & as long as I take it DAILY, I simply DO NOT get them!! If I go MORE than 2-3 days WITHOUT Lysine & am out in the sun or get sick, I usually end up getting another one!!
