It works really well, but you have to do it slowly, to just where the pressure is relieved. The neck traction device is manufactured in China. **Q: Can you use this lying down?** A: Technically you can use this lying down as it will neither interfere with the inflation nor cause undue neck constriction. I would proceed with caution-see below.I have tried it lying down, but note that your neck would become elevated and head tilted back.
