Thanks** A: Total length is 27cm, Handle length is 13 cm Hope it's helpful **Q: One of them has a yellowy film that smells of coal tar ! What is best to wash it off with (detergent doesn’t seem to do much)** A: Mine had a very very slight sticky yellowy film but it was very slight. I just cleaned them with detergent, then through time it’s almost like it evaporated as it’s no longer there **Q: are these solid inside or filled with sand/rocks? I purchased some early in the pandemic that were deceiving because they were just filled with sand.** A: They are solid, been brilliant definitely not filled with sand. I am very happy with my purchase, hope this helps. **Q: Did the smell stay??** A: No, I think the smell is the rubber releasing agent and preservative oils, the smell dissapates after a few days. At least mine did. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/59666490-homcom-2x4kg-2x5kg-2x6kg-2x8kg-2x10kg-rubber-hex-dumbbell-set](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/59666490-homcom-2x4kg-2x5kg-2x6kg-2x8kg-2x10kg-rubber-hex-dumbbell-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
