Very unhelpful . Waste of time. Do your self the due diligence and go with a company that has the correct plug and are reliable.

A: At the bottom of the description it says if you find water particles in the tank that means it was tested for quality before you got it.

**Q: Can I use this steamer on my sheepskin rug?**
A: You should be able to gently steam clean a sheepskin rug by brushing with the grain of the hair. The person who said it will shrink is wrong — going from hot to cold water will shock and felt/shrink wool or using hot water and agitation will felt wool. Simply using hot steam and not agitating the sheepskin rug while it’s hot should be fine.

The water capacity is just right for a few shirts or a light jacket, and refilling mid-session is quick and mess-free. Holding it feels comfortable and balanced—no awkward wobbling or tipping—and the build is solid enough that it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy. The included fabric brush and lint remover really help get garments looking polished, even ones that have been in storage or folded for a while.
