Since acquiring the brand from Elgato in 2016 the software has steadily gone downhill to the point that it appears to be no longer supported. The migration of the 32bit software to 64bit has been an unmitigated disaster, and the latest sorry development is that the electronic program guide "EPG" in all countries has stopped working since 2nd August 2022, with no fix in sight.
