Figured I'd add my two cents.I got this computer back in November of 2018 when my previous one died on me, and it's been working well for me since (with one small caveat). The built in storage (1 TB hard drive, 128 GB solid state) has given me zero problems, and the native RAM (4 GB) is modest, but works well - the additional slot has a 2 GB RAM card; if you want to play higher-end games on here, I'd recommend getting 8+ GB, and maybe upgrading the video card if you want to spring for the money. The fan runs very quiet to the point that you'd think it wasn't even on (it is, don't worry). I do have occasional sound issues, akin to static, but it's easy to fix, just a minor nuisance. The laptop is relatively thin, and also lightweight, which makes carrying it around a breeze. The computer runs Windows 10, Office, Chrome (10+ tabs), Youtube, and Gmail no sweat (even at the same time).Last thing - I paid ~$550 for the computer back in 2018.
