The pen did not work at all, even though the refill was filled. It was like writing with a dry stick. I tried to contact Amazon and they has done replacement of it. They are cheating and taking advantage of customers who buy online. This pen is not worth the price. It is a cheap and defective product that does not deliver what it promises. It is a shame that Reynolds, a reputed brand, would sell such a poor quality pen. I would not recommend this pen to anyone. It is a waste of money and time. Do not buy this pen or from this seller. You will regret it.The only good thing about this pen is that it looks nice and feels comfortable in the hand. It has a sleek design and a smooth grip. But that does not make up for the fact that it does not write at all. It is like a decoration that has no function. I would rather have a pen that works well than a pen that looks good. This pen is a disappointment and a rip-off. ### ⭐⭐ Did not like these pens *by on Reviewed in India 31 January 2024* Doesn't ink well on the paper. Very disappointed. It's been a while since I bought it. I don't use it coz it doesn't write well. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Quality is good but 2 pens were missing *by on Reviewed in India 14 May 2023* Pen quality is good. Comfortable for writing. However 2 pens were missing from the package. I didn't returned the order but definitely request Amazon to look into it. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/597023039-reynolds-vista-30-ct-blue-dispenser-i-lightweight-ball-pen](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/597023039-reynolds-vista-30-ct-blue-dispenser-i-lightweight-ball-pen) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
