If yes, how wide is the strap?** A: There is a strap that is 4 cm x 28 cm on the back that can be slipped over a larger bag's telescope handle. **Q: Can you use this as a carryon plus a personal bag such as a small backpack on an airlines?** A: I took a larger carry-on bag, and used this as my personal bag, since it fits under the seat. Didn't receive any flack from either United Airlines, or Delta for having both bags on their flights. **Q: Will in fit under seat on Delta?** A: It will not fit under all the seats on Delta. They have added electrical boxes under at least one seat on every row. The boxes house the wiring used to provide extra access to plugs and ports. The bag needs to be one inch narrower to fit now. We absolutely loved it! Only two suggestions that I would recommend. There is a strap that velcros down, so that you can slip the bag over the handle of another bag, and I would have placed this lower and doubled the width, for more stability. Also, the wheels aren’t spinners, but directional. Those two small changes would make this the best bag that I have owned. It holds plenty, I haven’t had a problem with pockets tearing, and the quality of the fabric is great! We were both surprised with how much it held. Fit nicely under the seats of all the planes that I was on during this trip. There were six planes and it went under every seat easily.
