Took about 2 minutes to install, I got lucky screw holes and everything matched up to the old one. Looks good and works well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it should. Waterproof it when you install *by D***M on August 20, 2019* Took me about 5 minutes to install. Didn't even need instructions. Anyone who has used a screwdriver can do this. I did however pack the inside with bearing grease and I also caulked where the handle meets the wood to keep moisture out. The only reason I had to replace was because the original became difficult to use. When I took the original handle off I noticed the entire inside was rusted. So, I waterproofed the new one.Also, Lowe's can't make copies of the keys. One of the keys was bent so I had to toss it in the trash. Haven't tried Home Depot or Ace Hardware yet.
