It is exactly waterproof and excellent quality/ material. The lighting is so pretty and comes with an excellent suction hold and isn't easy to unstick and take off. Which is great. My nephews loves taking baths and loves these bath accessories. It makes taking a bath fun as well as relaxing. The colors are very bright and stay that way. Battery life is long and there is never an issue if they get water on them. The suctions cups always work well too but if they do fall off then its easy to just set them down somewhere.

These do work great! They last a very long time and my son even likes using them in the shower ^_^ Only little down side ive faced with mine is that they dont turn to some of the colors on the remote. Not entirely sure why I can only get shades of green, blue, yellow or just solid red. Purple, pink and orange only work if I use the fade setting. I can only get strobe, fade or solid settings to work as well. But hey, for the price Id say good quality 🤷🏻‍♀️
