She opened the package and immediately sat on it. My mom was there with her for about 3 1/2 hours and she sat on it almost the whole time. SHE LOVED IT! She said it was so comfortable. She’s tried so many things to try to relieve her pain in her tailbone, EVEN SURGERY! Nothing really worked. She’s even had a pain pump surgically placed to her lower back, it still doesn’t relieve her pain so that she could sit down for a good rest, on her butt. She couldn’t say enough praise for this wonderful product. THANK YOU! My mom has a cushion that we took all over Europe last year and thought that would be good for my injury when seated. This cushion sounded like what I needed but is a big disappointment. First it is very hard. Generally all around not a soft seat. The depth of the cushion from front to back is too short so it does not properly fill an average chair seat. Third the tailbone opening is two large and edges around that are very hard which adds to the overall discomfort. All in all this fancy Orthopedic cushion does not compare remotely to the one mom has and does not fit my needs.
