I scraped and pried off a full five gallon pail full of old repair goo. After more than four years, hail storms and the blazing sun in the west Texas desert it is still leak free and appears as new. I will buy and apply to everything I have and to anyone who I meet who wants a life time RV roof. Stay off of this product when wetted. It is forever slippery when wet. Review: Expensive, but well worth it - I have 2 flat roofs, both have been nothing but trouble. When I had my roof drain replaced, the contractor recommended gaco roof. I had always done the silver with rubber garbage. You must mix this well with a drill and mixing attachment. Coverage calculator is spot on IF you have coated before. My garage roof has never been sealed, just patched. Coverage was less due to the bumpy asphalt surface. I waited one day between coats. Should have done gray first, white second. I found it difficult to see where I had layed down the second coat. Additionally, the reason for two moderately thin coats rather than one thick coat is partly so that the second coat will fill any "holidays" (empty spots) left over from the first.
