Direct replacement
This was a direct replacement for the carburetor on my Craftsman snowblower. Only took a couple of minutes to install and worked great from the get go. Definitely recommend.

Replacement Worked as designed ...
After purchased, I discovered I had ordered this same Carburator before from same Seller. The problem the one just replaced was the Fuel Valve and Float. The Fuel Tank leaking?, I thought for the Fuel Tank twice empty? Further checking found fuel was getting into the engine oil. Good thing the SnowBlower Engine didn't want to start. The fuel valve and Float with the previous replacement was not closing fuel flow. The carburator replaced was used one SnowStorm of 6inches last year stored away. Well, It happens and machines do fail... Didn't last one year but for the price paid... What can be said ...
