## Description

The Crafters Workshop TCW9012 Medium Additive Shimmery Goodness provides an iridescent transparent finish to your art projects. Shimmery Goodness Medium Additive may be used with a variety of art mediums, gessos, gels, modeling pastes, and acrylic paints for surfaces including canvas, paper, or wood. Add shimmery goodness to paint colors for shinny, pearlescent brilliance. The additive is smooth and easy to blend in with a palette knife. Dries clear, acrylic paint or pigment may be added for desired color.

LOVE this shimmery stuff! It applies easily and alone it leaves a lovely silver shimmer. Adding it to any non-metallic acrylic color paint provides a moonlight-like glimmer to the color. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty shine, but does not dry clear

It says you can add this to paints for a shimmer or add it over something you’ve already created for a clear shimmer. It says on the container that it dries clear. It actually does not. It leaves a kind of a milky finish, which is not necessarily unpleasant, but could be a surprise if that’s not what you were looking for. It is a bit transparent if I had to guess I would say perhaps 75% transparent.
