We've had this product for about three years and each year it continues to worsen. It lasted about 3 months before the initial blackening started. This is unfortunate, as it looks worse with the fire glass than it did before. Intial contact with Blazing Glass wasn't productive, but then Sara at YardFreaks stepped in, thoroughly explained the differences in glass sizes when using propane and natural gas fire pits and directed us to the proper product. She is shipping a 1 inch fireglass product to us at no charge in exchange for the 1/4 inch product.
