When I was looking for buckwheat noodles to purchase, I found myself disappointed by how many do not disclose buckwheat content compared to wheat content. So I was excited to find this product which promises 100% buckwheat. The noodles cook in a timely manner and it is easy to achieve a wonderful noodle texture even when no wheat flour is used at all. These noodles are best, to me, when rinsed after cooking. They reheat nicely. I'm sad that Whole Foods has stopped carrying them in stores - when I come across them, I buy multiple packages. The noodles have lots of fiber, and generally, are tasty and satisfying.
