Review: So far so good (1+ year) -- birds now avoid where I used this! - UPDATED a year later... This material works VERY well. Do be careful NOT to over-use. A thin line every few inches appears to be plenty. I may have purchased wayyy too much. One tube was enough for half a dozen different places around windows, exterior decorations, and roof peaks. But then I only have a few months experience. Update after winter: * Had to reapply on the roof itself, after Winter. Not a problem. * A real issue for me, and a caution: don't put too much, too close to something that should remain clean! Example: I put some a few inches away from some solar panels. A few birds obviously got it on their feet, than walked on the panels. So then I had to clean the panel. Not too difficult... But a hassle. * The material collects dirt! (Of course) So it doesn't look great on a light background after some time. WELL worth the somewhat unsightliness. My suggestion: use many very small spots. They will be less unsightly at a distance. Will update my review again after more time passes. Review: Birds are GONE!!!!!!!!!!! - Had a huge problem with pigeons at a shopping center. Always crapping all over the sidewalk, cars and customers. Applied this amazing product per the manufacture's recommendation and worked like magic. The birds step on the sticky lines and fly away. The best part is they don't come back. The property manager was thrilled as well. Only thing I bought to make the job easier was a battery powered caulk gun. Huge help. JT Eaton 666N 4 The Birds Bird Repellent Gel, 10oz Caulking Tube (Pack of 12) ## Features - TRANSPARENT BIRD REPELLENT: 4 the Birds gel creates a tacky, uncomfortable surface that deters pigeons, starlings, and other pest birds from landing or roosting - without harming them. - TRANSPARENT FORMULA IS VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE: Transparent formula is virtually invisible after application, maintaining the original appearance of treated ledges, beams, and architectural surfaces. - APPLIES WITH STANDARD CAULKING GUN: Applied with a standard caulking gun for precise bead placement on narrow ledges, cable runs, and other structural surfaces where birds rest. - HUMANE AND NON-TOXIC TO BIRDS: Non-toxic to birds when applied as directed - the uncomfortable tacky texture discourages landing without trapping or injuring wildlife. - EFFECTIVE ON MASONRY: Effective on masonry, stone, metal, and wood; reapply as needed when the gel collects excessive debris or loses tack over time. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00DLKM7RU | | Best Sellers Rank | #295,332 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #864 in Bird Health Supplies | | Brand | JT Eaton | | Brand Name | JT Eaton | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 51 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 10025216666007 | | Included Components | See Included components | | Item Form | Wipe | | Item Volume | 10 fluid ounces | | Item Weight | 11.36 ounces | | Manufacturer | JT Eaton | | Manufacturer Part Number | JT Eaton - 666N - 12pk | | Model Number | JT Eaton - 666N - 12pk | | Number of Items | 1 | | Scent | Unscented | | Scent Name | Unscented | | Size | 1 Count (Pack of 1) | | UPC | 025216666000 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** JT Eaton - **Item Form:** Wipe - **Item Volume:** 10 fluid ounces - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Scent:** Unscented ## Images ![JT Eaton 4 the Birds 666N Bird Repellent Gel - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81XPPZuPC+L.jpg) ![JT Eaton 4 the Birds 666N Bird Repellent Gel - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61zJaN19O9L.jpg) ![JT Eaton 4 the Birds 666N Bird Repellent Gel - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61IHit1AXuL.jpg) ![JT Eaton 4 the Birds 666N Bird Repellent Gel - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61f07omw1AL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: If I use this product on my deck railing will it stay there perminantly or ruin the railing?** A: It will mot ruin it but its a tacky formula so dont tuch it should dry up in 2 weeks or so then you have to reapply **Q: What are the ingredients?** A: The active ingredient in 4 the Birds Bird Repellent Gel is Polybutene. **Q: Does this work for cardinals flying into window?** A: This product may be used to discourage pigeons and starlings from roosting or perching on treated ledges, sills, roofs, peaks, cornices and similar parts of municipal, industrial and commercial buildings, homes, apartment and condominium complexes, bridges and overpasses and similar structures. The product is not recommended for windows. **Q: Will this work for woodpeckers?** A: Yes, it repels woodpeckers. I had a woodpecker come nearly every day this year and pecked/damage my cedar siding. I applied the Eaton bird repellent jell, and it has never since returned. I then patched up the numerous holes the woodpecker made and re-stained the cedar, and afterwards applied the gel again to keep the woodpecker away, and it is working fine. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good (1+ year) -- birds now avoid where I used this! *by M***E on July 18, 2020* UPDATED a year later... Seems to work well. Capturing as many moths as with tanglefoot. A touch more runny but that much easier to smear on to the wrap. ## Frequently Bought Together - JT Eaton 666N 4 The Birds Bird Repellent Gel, 10 oz Caulking Tube, Non-Toxic, Pack of 12 - JT Eaton 709-PN Bait Block Anticoagulant Rodenticide, Peanut Butter Flavor, for Mice and Rats (9 lb Pail of 144) - JT Eaton 709-AP Bait Block Anticoagulant Rodenticide, Apple Flavor, for Mice and Rats (9 lb Pail of 144) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/5984984-jt-eaton-4-the-birds-666n-bird-repellent-gel](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/5984984-jt-eaton-4-the-birds-666n-bird-repellent-gel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
