## Questions & Answers

**Q: What type of gasket does it have?   And is it easy to reassmble in the dark and wet?**
A: No gasket after using this light year round all weathers water dose not get in.  Yes easy to assemble but NOT in the dark - to replace the batteries you remove two small self tapping screws in the lens they fall out easily lost I would not do this in the wet or dark, self tapping screws in plastic is a weak point careful not to over tighten them. Having said all that this is one of the best lights I've had, the batteries last and last...

**Q: I think my last question was misleading. How do I remove the studs from the 2 outer slots on the back to fit the 2 inner ones which will fit my rack,**
A: Viewed from the back the bolts are in slots, slide down towards the bottom of the lamp to remove (they have squire "heads" to fit the slots don't twist just push down) their is a slight click refit by sliding back up reversal of removal, the squire bolt head needs to be aligned squire to the slot (self-explanatory once you see the bolt removed.).

**Q: Does this light have flashing mode(s) or just static on?**
A: Just static, a very good light but getting a bit expensive since my review

**Q: What do the screws attach to?  My rack doesn't have any holes that I could screw them into.**
A: Hi   (the two screws in the lens are battery access) There are two "studs" bolts with nuts that are to mount this light into the rack - there is a "standard" light mounting on "SOME" (most but not all) racks - it is a small flat plate with slots and holes - racks that have a reflector fitted use this and so you can "swap" the reflector for this Light/reflector.... Have a browse around the net for bike racks the pictures will show the mounting plate.   Without seeing your rack I can't help much more with some DIY you could make your own mounting (small pipe clamps etc). I have this light a very good rack light.
