I really didn't think it was something I would like. It was a pretty big bulge when I got everything into the pouch, but as far as stuff moving around during the day, nothing moved, no rearrangement was needed. The size was perfect, the material was soft and I bought the medium. I would not say there is anything too attractive about it. It makes me look like a porn star when I first put it on. I would not wear it anyplace that I would have to take off my shorts and other people could see it, like a gym. But, I really liked the snugness that kept the stuff from moving around. It is actually the only underwear I have ever bought that kept things in place. The thin string that goes from the front to the back does not irritate my skin, this is also a surprise. I immediately ran to my computer and put two more in the cart. The material is wonderfully stretchy and soft, the part that goes where the sun dont shine is surprisingly comfortable. I like walking around nude, but i dont feel confident but while i have these on, I feel large, strong and confident. They isolate and cover all the good bits and the pouch really enhances.
