**Q: Is this blanket quite? I wanted to use it while hunting**
A: I agree with all of the previous answers. Quiet enough. My only contribution to this discussion would be to give you some semi-scientific data.  I downloaded a free decibel meter for my phone and measured the noise level of the jungle blanket, a wool blanket and a mylar blanket. Here's what I found:Wool: +15 dB over ambient noiseJungle: +15 dB over ambient noise (I was surprised by this)Mylar: +30 dB over ambient noiseI hope this helps.

**Q: Warm as or warmer than a GI poncho liner?**
A: My husband has his pancho liner from his time in the Marine Corps, and he says no comparison! This is much warmer! The tradeoff, is that the Snugpak blanket is smaller...
