I used to get headaches really quick wearing glasses from the frame pushing down on my nose bridge and this reduced the amount of headaches so that’s a plus! I only wear my glasses at home at night for maybe 2-3hrs a day and I replace them once a month or so. It’s easy to remove without alcohol pads, and doesn’t leave residues.
