That works extremely well. Plus, it's much easier to clean than this cutter. **Q: How does the grip compare to a mezzaluna with upright handles?** A: I don’t like the handles sticking straight up, I have caught my sleeves on it when using, more difficult to wash because you can not have both hands on the handles to move it around and be safe, it’s not light weight..... I love this rocker because it is actually light and much safer to handle. **Q: Where is this made?** A: There are no stamps on the product indicating where it was made.
