Idaho jones customer service is excellent and when I reached out, they let me know their 15mm is still in development and offered to send me a regular 15mm flange insert at no cost. So even though I didn’t get the exact item, I’m happy they are so receptive to their customers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit *by on Reviewed in the United States November 5, 2024* These inserts are the perfect fit for the liquid kits. The provide great suction and the silicone is so so much for comfortable than the hard plastic in traditional flanges. My output is the same as the spectra when I use these with my portable pump. 10/10 highly recommend! ### ⭐ Awful experience *by on Reviewed in the United States February 16, 2026* This product absolutely destroyed my nipples. I had never used this brand before but decided to give it a try with my Pumpables Genie Advanced pump, as my usual liquid flanges were taking longer than expected to arrive. I noticed some pain with pumping but didn’t really think too much of it. After a couple days, I started having extreme pain with pumping. A suction level of 1 was bringing me to tears. If it didn’t happen to me, I truly wouldn’t even believe someone if they told me a suction level of 1 caused them such immense pain. Every pull made me flinch until I was literally in tears. I’m 9 months postpartum and haven’t needed a lactation consultant in 8.5 months, but I had her come over to take a look. She said she’s never seen such torn up nipples. Due to pain and in an attempt to heal, I had to pump on such low suction during all of this that it decreased my supply, and then caused a clog, which further decreased my supply. It’s been such chaos over here.. all over this flange. Several hundred dollars in fees and prescription creams later, I’ve finally healed and am back to pumping normally. My supply is slowly returning back to where it was originally. The only thing I changed during all of this was the brand of flange. I’m so mad at myself for not just patiently waiting for my usual product. This was awful.
