Good DVD, but I think its more useful for fit people who have osteoporosis. The teaching instructions are good if you can hear them over the music. I would score this DVD higher if it wasn't for the loud 'background' music.

I bought this dvd for myself after being diagnosed with mild arthritis in my knee.  It was doable and helped with the pain and mobility I was experiencing.

This is a great dvd for those with thin bones. There are only two faults - one of the demonstrators is a bit hunched. That's not a good advert. And the front menu doesn't work properly.
