Review: Shiny good quality - I bought this to practice Tambour embroidery on. It’s a quite shiny and slippery so if using for embroidery, ensure both your inner and outer hoop are wrapped in cotton bias tape. This helped to hold it in place and I was then able to produce decent results in tambour.
