There are a couple cons, when you go into record mode all lights are off, it tells you it's recording by flashing 3 times then off. Also both the red and blue led are in the same hole. It should have one hole per led, and a third green led would be nice to know it is recording. There are plenty videos on you tube for instructions. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not high definition but still ok *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 3, 2018* The quality is not high definition 1080p but it certainly works. I found that the video files would occasionally not save correctly and were unplayable. While moving the image is very shaky. i’m sure this would be ok if it stands still ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great little camera, at a wonderful cost *by A***M on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 13, 2018* The media could not be loaded.  I bought this camera for our trip to Greece. I wanted something that we could use for underwater videos and just everyday videos. This camera was wonderful for what we needed and was only a fraction of the price of the more popular brands. I must admit, this is our first action camera, so we don't have anything to compare this camera with, as far as performance goes, but this camera totally worked for us, and we had a mirror-less camera that we used for high quality photos. The only problem I had with this action camera was that I was unable to tell whether or not it was actually recording, I had to wait until we were back to the computer to see if it actually captured what we were trying to film(we left the instruction booklet at home). But, for the price it was only a minor issue. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/60023470-spy-mini-camera-sq12-sports-hd-dv-camcorder-1080p-night](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/60023470-spy-mini-camera-sq12-sports-hd-dv-camcorder-1080p-night) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
