It was sent in a plastic mailer and got squashed on the way here. Approximately half the product was squeezed out the bottom of the tube and all over the inside of the mailer. Tried but was told it was not eligible for replacement. When I've been in a car for days and have swollen ankles, or when my feet & legs ache from being on the go all day this stuff feels so incredibly good! It has the perfect amount of peppermint oil in it to get the blood moving and give that cooling relief that makes the aches disappear. When I first bought this it was with trepidation because the price seemed a bit much for the size of the tube, but it's worth it, I've paid less for products twice the size but they didn't deliver half the relief this product does.Pro tip: Had a hot and sweaty day? Worried you won't be able to sleep because the night is going to be just as nasty? Apply all over your body and let the cooling sensation lull you to sleep.I just moved into a new home during an epic heatwave here in the western US, to make matters worse we were struggling to get the AC to working in our new home, and I don't sleep well if I'm a sweaty mess. I used this as a body lotion after my evening shower and got delicious relief from the heat, especially after putting a fan by my bed.The only thing that could be a negative is that after applying this at night I often wake up in the morning with feet that don't feel moisturized. It took me a minute to get used to the combination, since I was expecting something more candy-scented but I found I like the smell, it's refreshing and a bit more sophisticated than straight peppermint.My heels are often dry and I usually use a normal "all over" lotion on them after a shower or at the end of the day, and I've subbed this in instead with no difference in results (no better, but no worse).In terms of sensation, it can't be beat. I stand for long periods of time during the day, I walk quite a bit, and to top it all off I am recovering from some broken bones in my feet so all the activity I put them through can leave them quite stiff and sore.
