This can be done by either taking a warm bath or shower. Do not apply any soap or lotion at this point. Put on the glove without any soap or lotion, and dampen it then squeeze out excess water. Gently rub your skin in straight line motion. Rinse up and follow your normal bath or shower routine to apply soap and lotion.. Recommend use 2-4 times per month. Replace the exfoliating glove every 3 months. Care Instrucations: Hand wash only. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry Do not bleach or fabric softener.

These mitts work awesome for exfoliating your skin to remove all that dead skin off you body. I dont understand the bad reviews about these gloves not working. They work soooo well! They do smell a little funky at first though, I guess thats the only part I can agree with. But you should obviously rinse it out before using it and it dies down after a few uses. It helps to use it after you have been in the shower for a couple minutes to make sure all your skin has been able to soak some up the water and moisture. Also, you arent supposed to put soap on it to exfoliate! First I use the mitt just like it is witjout soap or anything, then after I exfoliate all the guck off I put some soap on it and use it to wash my body. Scrubbing in a circular motion helps a lot better than rubbing back and forth. These things take layers of dry and dead skin off you didnt even know you had!! Come out the shower feeling squeaky clean and super smooth! Like I've scrubbed my whole body really good with my loofah and thought I couldnt get any cleaner... then used the mitt and still got a suprising amount of dead skin off that my loofah couldnt get. I dont feel like im not actually clean now unless I use these because I know how much stuff is still sitting on my skin even after washing my body
