I was told by my dermatologist that I have Keratosis Pilaris (small bumps of dry skin on body). I always put on lotion after I shower, but typically only notice the bumps have gone down for a few hours after bath/shower. With this body wash, after 24hrs my bumps are still noticeably reduced. My skin feels moisturized and isn't flaky or ashy. I highly recommend this product.
