5mg of melanonin is not safe for everyone, I bet you if you use daily one gummy within 10-12 days, you will become mad, same happen with me, after having gummy within 15-20 minutes I felt sleep. But after 12 days, I suddenly cry at night this happened first time in my life I cried without any reason. These tablet put you in mental hospital. I complaint about this product on whatsApp wellness insta page but they won't acknowledge this. I stop using these gummies after 20-25 days I become normal, this is very harmful. Having 1mg melatonin in you body daily is still harmful and they put 5mg for per day. Don't see the google, as Anupam Said on shark tank to this company melatonin is not good for health , every one has its own limit. Once it crossed you will get serious issues related to your mind. Although I love the founder of this company but this product is harmful and wrothless. If you going to buy this product you should take half gummy in every week. Means you should only consume 2 gummeies per month, it help you in natural sleep cycle. But consuming daily 1 gummy means suicide. So don't do this mistake.
