    Great recipe ideas but no calorie counts

I really like the layout of this book and the ideas! They are great clean eating options that can easily be made, however my biggest issue was that the calories, carbs and sugars are not prelisted so you have to calculate yourself. It's definitely still and overall great healthy eating option.

The book itself is informative. It’s written in a magazine type of way with lots of pictures/highlighting/font variability. It’s more geared towards healthy eating and motivation to stick to this lifestyle. So far I like all of it. I especially like the vivid pictures. However, for almost $20, consumers should not get such a poorly bound book. I haven’t even had it for 24 hours and the spine is dented, the pages look like they will fall out ( I can see the adhesive separate from the page). That’s really disappointing.

Beautifully laid out book with tons of pictures!!! I love that there is a picture of every single meal prepared! I have never owned a fitness book with such great pictures and the pull out poster is so helpful because you don’t have to constantly try and keep a book open while you exercise.
