I gave it 4 starts because is just a bit too sweet for me but all I had to do was just add more water to diluted it down. I use one scoop for about 24oz. It easily dissolves with no clumps. Its really good value for your money.

Ghost amino acids can’t be beat, especially for the taste. I purchased the amino acids to drink while working out and the flavor of the watermelon is great. I was so disappointed when cellucor discontinued their amino acids. It took awhile for me to find something comparable in taste, but I found it here! Love the taste, it's something I look forward to drinking every day.
