**Q: With our situation right now, what’s the alternative for egg whites?**
A: 1 egg white = 2 Tbs Mayo  or. 1 Tbs flaxseed meal + 3 Tbs very warm water mixed together allow time to gel before adding to mixture. Jules has helpful hints and recipes on her website. I hope this helps.
