It fits well, making a much more comfortable and effective seal than the typical ear-strap masks. It's also very effective. As a plus, it doubles as a free Halloween costume for Marvel's Winter Soldier. (Note: mask does not give wearer superpowers.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, snug fit and effective at filtering pollen *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2018* I live in a region in Oregon that grows grass seed and as a result, a lot of pollen is released into the air and creates allergy problems for me: my eyes itch, my nose gets runny and I get this itchy feeling in my chest and skin. I purchased this mask and followed the instructions (wash with warm water and set it to dry before your first use) and installed the replaceable filter. I have been using the mask this week when working outside and it has made a dramatic difference: my nose no longer runs and I don't get that itchy feeling. (My eyes still itch, however, this face mask is not a solution to that eye problem. I would need to get eye goggles to correct that!).At first, I felt the mask was bit small (it felt a big too snug), however as I adjusted it and wearing it optimally, I realized this face mask has cutouts for your ears to go through and allow you to wear protective ear muffs or headphones without interfering with the fit of the mask. As a result of the design, the face mask creates a snug fit and seals any gaps between the mask and your nose and cheeks.There is a rubber smell and the smell significantly reduces after you wash the mask in warm water. There is a slight aroma that lingers. Interestingly, when I put on the mask (with filter) and breathe through my nose, I do not smell the lingering rubber aroma: I feel that speaks to the effectiveness of the carbon filters. ### ⭐ Tastes like fresh tires. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2018* Great fit. I have bilateral parotid tumors so anything near my jaw/ear area, even a pillow, is excrutiating - - but not this. At least it was okay for the 30seconds i was able to wear it before the smell of the mask made me sick. Like fresh tires. The rubber smell is overwhelming. I bought this mask mainly to survive a workday in the same building as a coworker that reapplies perfume at her desk hourly, im extremely scentsitive. This mask is amazing fit weight and feel....
