Guerande Salt is the Fruit of the Celtic Sea, sun and Wind. It is hand-harvested by the salt workers, using a traditional method a thousand years old.

Review: Great quality Celtic salt - Received my Celtic salt today. Great quality. Celtic salt is a wet salt as it has 3 types of magnesium and magnesium is water hungry molecule. So don’t be surprised if when you receive your bag of salt it appears to be wet inside. That is the way it is supposed to be. Great for cooking or indeed as I use it mainly, to replenish the minerals I lose through transpiration, etc. I keep my Celtic salt in a dry cupboard away from a humidity. A tiny salt crystal the size of a sesame seed crunched in my mouth straight away followed by a regular glass of water is how I take mine. I do that every time I have a glass of water when I feel particularly dehydrated.
Review: Fantastic - good texture and also grinds well - Great taste! We were looking for a healthy, quality salt that grinded well and this is it! I will buy this again when we run out, but we’ve gotten 2 bags and used it in all cooking!

**Q: Does this salt contain magnesiums?**
A: It is natural sea salt hand dried in France. I love it but have no idea if sea salt contains magnesium. I take chelated magnesium glycinate as a supplement.

Received my Celtic salt today. Great quality. Celtic salt is a wet salt as it has 3 types of magnesium and magnesium is water hungry molecule.
