I like heat as it gets hotter so as you eat it you can still taste the flavor and get warmed up as you go, not just the heat. All 4 of these are β€œhot”. The El Humo has the best all around flavor profile. With the the right amount of smokiness, garlic, onion flavor and intense heat, it’s my favorite.. The Red Tail is the hottest of the bunch, in my opinion. For the no ice, red tail is torture, but for those who love intense heat, that Red Tail is a scorcher. A micro drop of the Red Tail would do for a novice. I like to keep the El Humo to myself and share the other three with friends and family.
