Review: Huge Comfort Upgrade for the RA200 Aviation Headset - I bought these replacement ear seals for my RA200 aviation headset, and they made a huge difference in comfort. The stock ear pads on the RA200 were usable, but after longer flight sessions they would start to feel uncomfortable. These gel ear seals completely improved that experience. The silicone gel padding feels much softer and creates a better seal around the ears, which also helps improve passive noise reduction in the cockpit. They fit the RA200 surprisingly well and made the headset feel much more premium overall. Installation was easy, and after upgrading to these I can wear the headset for much longer without discomfort. If you own an RA200 headset, I would highly recommend these as a comfort upgrade.

A bit tricky to install but once on, great improvement. Thicker than the originals so maybe I will consider adjusting the metal band if not improved in few weeks.

**Q: Can you please provide the dimensions?**
A: ‎Dimensions: 8.86 x 9.25 x 3.74 inches

**Q: Will they work with P1 series?**
A: I have several DC headsets, the old style, H10-40 round cups and worked perfect.  Tight fit and little had to get on, but for like a glove

**Q: do these fit the standard david clark / flightcom / softcomm headset?**
A: I believe so - they are standard sized covers and fit on my non-DC headset just fine. I have not literally put a pair of these on DCs to give you a solid yes, but it is very likely they will fit.

**Q: Does it work on the ASA headset?**
A: Yes, these fit the ASA headset.  They are a little tricky to get onto the headset, but they work well once they are fully seated.
