**Q: Is this hot like reds hot sauce or closer to horseradish cream sauce?**
A: It's not a hot sauce.  It's just mayo with a little bit of a spicy kick.

**Q: Why has the spicy mayo been so hard to get (Winter 2021–22)?**
A: Since Trader Joe's got rid of their Wasabi Mayo, I guess everyone including me is looking for an acceptable replacement. Still looking.

**Q: The product arrived and materials had congealed.  Did shake it, but after resting it went right back to congealed  separated components.  How to fix?**
A: Turn product upside down in the fridge after shaking

A: They don’t have kosher badge but I think that’s okay. No milk that’s important
