This is the perfect water bottle for me as an adult. I fill it with ice and various drinks, and it holds enough to last me all day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stays cold - hard to cool down

If you want the water to stay cold you have to fill the bottle cooled or place in ice cubes. It is so well insulated that it does not cool the water if filled the night before and left in the fridge for 12 hours. My husband is a carpenter and takes this bottle to job sites and it is quite durable.
