I looked up the company and decided to order some for home. I will NEVER go back to the regular grits from the grocery store... these are AMAZING! These grits are a head above the rest. I chose these grits for a down-home old fashion South Carolina brunch, and boy these grits did not disappoint. I made them and served them two hours later. They were still creamy, hot, and full of flavor. Now if I had that other brand, I will not mention, those grits would have been hard and cold. No more of those quick grits for me. It's Geechie Boy Mill stone ground grits for me all the way.
