The classic nonstick loaf pan (8.5 x 4.5 ) is the right size for any yeast bread loaf recipe using 3 cups of flour (or just a bit less). Our bread loaf pan features a unique corrugated surface which provides air circulation all around for better browning, more even baking and super easy release. The loaf baking pan’s surface is finished with USA Pan’s proprietary AMERICOAT nonstick coating, a nonstick silicone - which allows easy release of baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze.
