Would not arrange an exact date just wanted to phone and tell me it was coming the day before. I work 12 hour shifts every time they phoned I was at work day after. Took quite a few weeks to sort out. Other than that the sofa is excellent. Quite big but looks great us very comfortable . Seats do squash a little after u sat on them for a while but not enough for the sofa to become uncomfortable or look shabby.
