If you choose a smaller ear plug size, the top setting doesn't change/shrink. ★ The bronzed star setting attached to the plug is approx. 22x19mm round with a 12 mm glittery rose. ★ From top to bottom measures approx. 3 and 1/2 inches long with four different color lightning bolts that are 44mm long, four different colored wood beads and a 44 x 33 x 1.2mm bronze spirally moon. ★ For your convenience, an easy to wear single flare black acrylic plug.
