Hangs very nicely due to its weight. Says you don't need a liner but I used one anyway, so not sure how "water resistant" it would turn out to be. The fabric feels almost waxy, so I think it would hold up well without a liner, yet it's soft and pliable at the same time. Reinforced grommets. No magnets at the bottom, but it doesn't need them. Actually a lovely beige color with brown leaves, not off- white like the picture.
