By inside I mean the part of the pipe toward the end that is exposed.** A: Can be, never did it paint rated from 1300-2000 degrees My opinion won't last if you ride a lot will get discolored from exhaust **Q: Can this be used on a tank and fender?** A: Yes, Just make sure you clean the part you're going to paint real good. The first time I used this paint I was very pleased the way it came out. I've been using this ever since.
